Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is seeking a Senior Accountant to support revenue accounting, month-end close, and international audit activities across a growing global organization. The role demands strong US GAAP knowledge and the ability to partner with finance, operations, and external auditors in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities include contract review, revenue recognition analysis, reconciliations, and coordinating audits across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with revenue accounting and close.
• Experience in professional services or multi-entity organizations preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and controls.
• Experience supporting external audits and audit-ready documentation.
• Experience with international accounting operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead revenue accounting activities, including contract review, revenue recognition analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close entries in accordance with US GAAP and company policy.
• Review client engagements, billing arrangements, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate recording of revenue and related balances.
• Prepare and analyze account reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, intercompany balances, and other related accounts.
• Support quarterly and annual financial statement audits by preparing schedules, responding to auditor requests, and coordinating documentation for revenue-related and international accounting matters.
• Assist with international audit coordination across multiple jurisdictions, including gathering local support, tracking audit deliverables, and helping ensure timely completion of statutory requirements.
• Partner with international finance teams and external service providers to support entity-level reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.
