Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with revenue accounting focus.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and audit support experience.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi-entity global org.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/reporting tools proficiency.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue accounting activities, including contract review, revenue recognition analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close entries per US GAAP.
• Review client engagements, billing arrangements, and supporting docs for accurate revenue recording.
• Prepare account reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, intercompany balances.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and coordinating docs for revenue and international accounting matters.
• Coordinate international audit activities across jurisdictions and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Partner with international finance teams and external service providers on reporting and audit readiness.
• Identify and improve internal controls related to revenue recognition and close cycles.
• Research technical accounting issues and apply guidance to complex transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and management reports to support financial reporting.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, tax, FP&A to resolve issues and improve reporting.
