Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in accounting, including 2+ years in revenue accounting or related area.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 and applying revenue recognition principles.
• Hands-on experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and clear supporting documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree; CPA welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manual journal entries, accruals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze revenue fluctuations and support accurate reporting.
• Provide timely financial reports and analysis to business partners.
• Support improvements to deferred revenue and unbilled revenue reconciliations.
• Help strengthen internal controls to improve data accuracy.
• Provide audit support with schedules, documentation, and information requests.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and automation of reporting.
