Epicor Software Corp is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to support monthly revenue close, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts across multiple business units. You will analyze revenue fluctuations, assist audits, and contribute to process improvements to strengthen internal controls.
The role requires several years of accounting experience, including revenue accounting, with knowledge of ASC 606. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CPA designation is welcome but not mandatory.
Competenze
- 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2+ years in revenue accounting or related area.
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles.
- Hands-on experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations; clear supporting docs.
- Bachelor’s degree; CPA welcome but not required.
Mansioni
- Support monthly revenue close by preparing manual journal entries and accruals.
- Prepare and document monthly reconciliations, including hardware revenue, and investigate discrepancies.
- Analyze revenue fluctuations and support accurate reporting.
- Produce timely financial reports and provide analysis to business partners.
- Improve deferred and unbilled revenue reconciliations and strengthen data controls.
- Assist with audits and respond to information requests.
- Contribute to accounting process improvements and reporting automation.
