Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE seeks a Senior Revenue Accountant in Denver, CO to oversee revenue recognition, ASC 606/842 compliance, and related processes across our data center portfolio. This role partners with Sales, Legal, Operations and IT to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and financial statements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue accounting, real estate/lease experience, NetSuite knowledge, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required.
• 5+ years in revenue accounting, with real estate/leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel; NetSuite experience desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and cross-functional communications.
• US GAAP knowledge, especially ASC 606 & ASC 842.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in contracts; ASC 606/842 compliance.
• Perform detailed revenue-related reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare revenue reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making.
• Assist audits with schedules and documentation; ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with IT/finance to improve revenue processes and reporting tools.
• Work with Sales, Legal, and Operations to interpret contract terms.
