Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related work experience supporting retirement.
• Significant experience in retirement, asset management, financial services.
• Deep knowledge of retirement topics, including defined contribution plan investments and retirement income.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex topics clearly.
• Experience developing thought leadership, strategic content, or research materials.
• Ability to engage credibly with institutional clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% to develop and maintain client relationships and deliver presentations.
