Job summary

Charles Schwab in Austin, TX is seeking an Implementation Specialist to ensure high-quality execution of new business conversions within the Plan Administration and Implementation team. You will coordinate with internal Schwab teams, plan sponsors, and external stakeholders to drive a smooth transition of records.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in financial services/record keeping, with a preference for those with a QKA designation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' experience in the financial services and/or record keeping industry with concentration in Defined Contribution Plan Services (a plus).
• QKA designation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Documenting all project milestones regarding plan/participant data reviews in excel format.
• Working with CSTB, RIS and Asset Maintenance on setup of funds for new conversion.
• Communicating with offshore on loading participant level data as well as plan maintenance setup.
• Loading and reviewing various census for SOX notifications and open enrollment.
• Preparing loans, investment elections, vesting and tax data for participants transitioning to Schwab.
• Managing caseload using Work Request system for plan changes.
