Arrow Electronics in Centennial, CO is seeking a Senior Retirement Analyst to join the Americas compensation and benefits team. You will oversee the administration of retirement programs, partner with internal stakeholders and third‑party administrators, and ensure regulatory compliance across US and Canada.

The role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has at least a 4-year degree and 5-7 years prior retirement benefits experience.
• Experience with retirement plan governance, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and HRIS (Workday preferred) knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partner with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of Arrow’s retirement programs with internal and third‑party collaborators.
• Manage relationships with recordkeepers, custodians, trustees, and service providers.
• Monitor plan operations, performance metrics, and participant experience; implement improvements.
• Oversee contributions processing, payroll reconciliation, and data integrity.
• Audit plan eligibility, data, contributions, and distributions for compliance.
• Act as escalation point for complex inquiries and coordinate with vendors.
• Lead plan design changes, system implementations, and vendor transitions.
• Support broader benefits initiatives and health programs.
