Empower in Colorado is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver retirement and financial wellness guidance within employer plans. You will guide participants through managed accounts and education, building relationships with proactive, personalized engagements.

The role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a competitive drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Inbound and outbound calls are part of daily responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales and good understanding of IRAs and qualified retirement plan environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations required; fingerprinting on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and respond to plan and policy questions.
• Relay accurate information and communicate policies and procedures clearly.
• Retain assets through education and guidance of plan options.
• Educate customers on distribution decisions and tax implications of retirement plans.
• Deliver optimal solutions to customers in every interaction.
• Collaborate with peers to solve problems and drive results.
• Use tools to identify best retirement planning options for customers.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.

Conhecimentos

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

IRA/retirement products knowledge

Windows Office proficiency
