Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join a client’s retirement planning team in Warwick/Cranston, RI. This client-facing role leads meetings, presents retirement strategies, and guides decisions on income, investments, taxes, Medicare and estate planning.

Backed by firm-generated lead flow, paid seminars, marketing support, a dedicated paraplanner, and outsourced investment management, you’ll focus on building trust, delivering solutions, and converting opportunities

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-5 years of financial services or retirement planning experience, including client communications and relationships.
• Ability to independently lead client meetings and explain recommendations.
• Comfort presenting to groups and developing into a strong seminar presenter.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing retirement planning meetings independently, build trust, explain recommendations, and guide prospective clients through decisions.
• Present comprehensive retirement strategies covering income planning, investments, taxes, Medicare and estate planning.
• Serve as a presenter at live educational workshops and seminars using firm materials and processes.
• Follow up with seminar attendees and prospects via phone and email.
• Maintain CRM activity and manage follow-up tasks to keep opportunities moving forward.
• Collaborate with paraplanner and support team to focus on client relationships and business development.
• Own client service and production goals within the growing office.
