Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of retirement plan administration, governance, fiduciary support, consulting, or retirement program management.
• Deep expertise in defined benefit, defined contribution, and executive retirement programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA fiduciary requirements and retirement governance practices.
• Experience implementing plan design changes while mitigating operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Support plan design reviews and evaluation of new programs with materials and analyses.
• Benchmark retirement programs to identify enhancement opportunities and regulatory developments.
• Lead remediation efforts for operational issues, audits, and data integrity across all plans.
• Coordinate nondiscrimination testing, regulatory filings, audits, and compliance with service providers.
