JKS Financial in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Senior Retirement Plan Specialist to own the full lifecycle of retirement plan business, servicing and expanding 401(k) plans, and delivering participant-level guidance. Hybrid role requiring deep retirement-plan design fluency and fiduciary understanding.

You will prospect, close new plan business, and educate participants while managing a multi-stage sales process. Strong presentation, industry knowledge, and client-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services, with 3–5 years in retirement/qualified plans
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 licenses in good standing
• Knowledge of ERISA, fiduciary standards, and plan compliance requirements
• Proven new business development or sales track record
• Strong presentation skills for C-suite and plan sponsor audiences
• CRM discipline and pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship contact for existing 401(k) clients and plan sponsors
• Conduct plan reviews, fee benchmarking, and investment menu due diligence
• Support fiduciary governance, IPS maintenance, and compliance timelines
• Prospect and market retirement plan services to target businesses
• Lead finalist meetings and manage RFP/proposal process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities with leadership reporting
