The role combines client education with strategic collaboration across Retirement Specialists and Program Directors.

The ideal candidate brings licenses (FINRA 6/63/65 and Life/Health), strong relationship-building, and a track record in a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a relationship/sales driven position.
• FINRA licenses (6, 63, 65) and Life/Health license required or to be acquired within designated period.
• Strong presentation and seminar delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate participants about their retirement plans and provide guidance.
• Discuss contribution levels and encourage deferrals in line with retirement goals.
• Conduct account reviews and advise on risk and asset allocation.
• Offer services like ProAccount for automated management where applicable.
• Provide retirement projections and counseling on distributions, transfers, or consolidation.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors.
• Advise on industry trends, legislation, and market movements to support field teams.
