Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of recordkeeping experience supporting defined contribution retirement plans.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Proven mathematical and calculation aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations related to defined contribution plans.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for information and provide exceptional service support.
• Resolve administrative and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company and client standards.
• Process plan valuation transactions, including withdrawals and RMDs.
• Reconcile trust accounting and plan-level balances.
• Format, prepare, and distribute reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls, as appropriate.
