Voya Financial, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Sr. Recordkeeper to provide administrative and client service support for large defined contribution retirement plans. You will mentor junior staff, ensure accurate processing, and collaborate with clients and third-party providers.

The role emphasizes plan testing, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting, with opportunities to lead process improvements and grow within a client-focused team.

• Minimum 3+ years of client service experience.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Train, coach, and mentor lower-level recordkeepers.

• Process plan valuation transactions and data loads accurately.
• Prepare and distribute client deliverables, including reports and tax filings.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain trustee relationships.
• Support plan design and payroll-related services as needed.
• Complete daily payroll tracking and related reporting.
