Job summary

Retirement Plan Consultants, a partner with Integrity Marketing Group, seeks a Sr. Compliance Consultant to guide clients in maintaining IRS/DOL retirement plan compliance. You will be the client-facing expert with autonomy, leadership, and strong communication.

You will oversee complex plan administration, mentor staff, and ensure timely filings and audits while delivering exceptional customer service across high-profile plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compliance consulting
• ASPPA QKA certification
• Proficiency in Ftwilliams and FIS Relius software
• Computer & technical literacy (MS Office)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated contact for assigned high-profile client group (80–100 plans)
• Ensure retirement plan meets qualification guidelines
• Train and mentor junior administrators
• Recommend changes to plan design or operation as needed
• Review and approve participant requests for clients
• Lead complex plan administration and design custom solutions
• Oversee annual compliance, testing, and audits; ensure accuracy
