Job summary

MAP RETIREMENT USA LLC in the United States is seeking a Plan Consultant II to handle complex qualified retirement plan administration and compliance with minimal supervision. You will engage in audits, regulatory matters, and serve as a trusted resource for the team.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with actuaries and other departments, and contribute to a growing national firm that emphasizes technology-forward and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in qualified retirement plan administration and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations.
• Proficiency with FTW compliance software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deadlines and compliance obligations for the assigned book of business.
• Prepare and perform annual nondiscrimination and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 401(a)(4)).
• Calculate employer contributions and prepare summaries and projections.
• Support government filings (Form 5500 series, Form 5558, Form 5330, Form 8955-SSA).
• Provide technical and compliance support to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor Plan Consultant I teammates and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
