Job summary

Retirement Plan Consultants, a partner with Integrity Marketing Group, seeks a Compliance Consultant in Norfolk, NE to support retirement plan administration and IRS compliance for 150-200 plans. You will work with Compliance Consultants and handle plan testing, contribution reconciliation, and document preparation.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in financial services and ASPPA RPF certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services preferred.
• ASPPA RPF Certification preferred.
• Computer & technical literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Meticulous dedication to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Consultants and Coordinators by completing administrative functions for their assigned group of clients (150-200 Plans).
• Compliance Testing and Review of Plan/Participant Limits.
• Contribution Reconciliation.
• Employer Contribution Calculations.
• Preparation & Filing of Annual IRS Required Forms.
• Prepare Formal Plan Documents & Amendments.
• Assist in answering incoming calls (back-up queue).
• Review & Approve Participant Distribution & Loan Requests.
