• ASPPA QKA Certification is required.
• Ability to design and implement plan compliance solutions.

• Serve as the dedicated contact for a high-profile group of clients (80–100 plans).
• Ensure retirement plans meet IRS/DOL qualification guidelines.
• Train and mentor junior administrators.
• Lead complex plan administration and design custom client solutions.
• Oversee annual compliance testing and IRS filings with accuracy.
