Job summary

Retirement Plan Consultants, a partner with Integrity Marketing Group, seeks a Senior Compliance Consultant to guide clients in maintaining IRS/DOL retirement plan compliance. You will be the face of RPC to clients, building strong relationships with a focus on exceptional service and clear rule explanations.

The role requires extensive knowledge of IRS/DOL rules, leadership responsibilities, and autonomy in managing client accounts, plan audits, and annual filings while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industry-specific Compliance Consultant work.
• ASPP A QKA Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay accountable and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated contact for a high-profile group of clients (80–100 plans).
• Assist clients in ensuring retirement plan compliance with IRS/DOL rules.
• Train and mentor junior administrators.
• Review and approve participant requests for assigned clients.
• Lead complex plan administration and design custom solutions.
