Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Solid understanding of ERISA, DOL and IRS laws pertaining to retirement plans.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook; Excel macros preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact with third-party retirement plan administrators and vendors.
• Collaborate with third-party record keepers to maintain plans' records (401k, 401a, ESBP, defined benefit, nonqualified).
• Coordinate annual plan audits, 5500 review, filing, and compliance testing; respond to plan participant questions.
