Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting.
• Five years of prior trust or accounting experience or the equivalent.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Recordkeeping Supervisor in servicing Pension, 401(k), 457(b) and Profit-Sharing Plans.
• Prepare allocations and individual participant statements.
• Communicate with client administrators to gather testing data and review census information.
• Perform testing and communicate results to clients and internal parties.
• Maintain enrollment, investment elections, beneficiary and withdrawal forms.
