Job summary

Prime Pensions, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Administrator II in Chico, CA to manage the annual administration and compliance of 401(k) and other defined contribution plans, with remote work option.

You will perform testing, contribution calculations, and research administrative issues while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates have several years of retirement plan experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple plans with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement plan administration with a focus on defined contribution plans.
• Ability to interpret plan documents and regulatory guidance to resolve issues.
• Strong quantitative and analytical background with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual administration and compliance work for 401(k), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase, and related defined contribution plans.
• Review plan documents and determine applicable administrative provisions.
• Conduct IRC 410(b) and Top-Heavy testing and preparation of compliance reports.
• Prepare accurate annual report summaries and supporting calculations.
• Coordinate workflow to meet deadlines and maintain documentation.
• Assist with research and technical questions for plan administration.
