Accenture is seeking a Retirement Management Consultant to drive industry-specific transformation in retirement solutions. You will lead large, client-facing consulting programs and synthesize technology needs to deliver high-impact initiatives.

With 3+ years in financial services leadership and external consulting, you will partner with clients to develop and deliver high-performance solutions, mentoring teams and contributing to business opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of strong leadership in Financial Services delivering retirement solutions.
• Minimum 3+ years of external consulting/program management on large scale programs.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement business changes driving retirement operating model transformation.
• Manage dynamic consulting projects with heavy client engagement.
• Analyze technology needs and select relevant tools to meet client requirements.
• Consult with clients to develop high performance technology solutions.
• Understand client needs, develop proposals, and deliver high-impact initiatives.
