Job summary

TIAA in Frisco, TX is seeking an Institutional Onboarding Consultant to lead onboarding and ongoing plan administration for a portfolio of institutional retirement clients. You will serve as the go-to expert for retirement services and platforms, coordinating with Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in retirement onboarding/recordkeeping.
Strong knowledge of all retirement services and platforms offered by TIAA.
Experience interfacing with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Familiar with onboarding activities and MVAS/STAC.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing plan administration and recordkeeping platform support to retirement clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain advanced knowledge of all retirement services and platforms offered by TIAA.
Own client onboarding activities (MVAS/STAC) and related changes.
Understand new features being implemented and highlight impacts to their book of clients.
Provide potential solutions to client’s systems and products needs/requests.
Respond to technical inquiries from internal stakeholders (CSMs and Relationship Managers).
Document SOPs, track INCs, review and trend critical issues to identify proactive controls.
