Job summary

TIAA is seeking an Institutional Onboarding Consultant to lead plan administration and recordkeeping support for a portfolio of institutional retirement clients. You will serve as the primary contact for Relationship Managers and internal teams, leveraging deep expertise in MVAS, SRK, MVC, and OSS services to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement services or related field.
• Experience onboarding/implementation in outsourced services.
• Ability to liaison with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing plan administration and recordkeeping platform support and expertise to retirement clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of all retirement services, platforms and products offered by TIAA.
• Own client onboarding activities (MVAS/STAC) and respond to client systems/feature changes.
• Understand new features and highlight impacts to client portfolios.
• Propose solutions to client system/product needs/requests.
• Respond to technical inquiries from internal stakeholders (CSMs and Relationship Managers).
• Document SOPs, track INCs, and identify proactive controls by reviewing critical issues.
