• Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting or related field.
• 1 year of customer service experience and 1 year of processing claims.
• Or any combination totaling four years of professional work experience including these elements.

Responsibilities

• Process retirement applications for pension payroll (normal, disability, survivor, DROP, lump sums).
• Reconcile pension benefit calculations and investigate discrepancies.
• Process health insurance applications and subsidies; verify cancer insurance claims.
• Compute and process monthly pension payroll adjustments and tax withholdings.
• Handle retiree data changes and weekly payroll data reconciliation.
• Assist with special projects and documentation updates as needed.
