PACCAR is seeking a Retirement Benefits Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead US retirement programs including pension and 401(k). You will oversee valuation, audits, filings, and vendor relationships while driving employee engagement with retirement plans.

The role requires 8+ years in benefits with leadership, strong analytical and financial skills, and knowledge of retirement law. MBA is preferred, and compensation includes a full range of PACCAR benefits.

Qualifications

• BA in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 8+ years of benefits, or related field, experience including team leadership.
• MBA preferred.
• Established analytical and financial skills; strong project management skills; leadership; attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of organization.
• Retirement legal compliance experience with working knowledge of law.

Responsibilities

• Manage PACCAR’s U.S. retirement programs team and ensure they are economically sound, internally equitable and externally competitive.
• Design and administer U.S. retirement programs that include pension, 401(k) and supplemental plans.
• Develop engagement and communication strategies to increase employees’ awareness and appreciation of plans.
• Facilitate actuarial valuations, annual audits, annual government filings, required plan communications and portions of the annual report/10K.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance commitments are met and high service levels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws for retirement programs and associated policies and procedures.
• Conduct final review of pension calculations, estimated and final, as requested by participants.
