Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks a Retirement Benefits Manager to direct the daily operations of our retirement plans and lead the retirement team. You will ensure compliance, interpret plan provisions, and coordinate with HR, payroll, and partners to deliver accurate benefits and timely communications.

Preferred candidates hold advanced certifications and a degree; join a team focused on accuracy, service, and strategic retirement program design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years in retirement benefits management.
• Experience with HRIS and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERISA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operation of retirement plans and mentors the retirement team.
• Ensures compliance with plan rules and regulatory requirements.
• Interprets plan provisions and communicates them to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with payroll, HR, and external partners to improve employee experience.
• Manages vendors for outsourced retirement programs.
