Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years in Benefits Administration and HCMS administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Excel knowledge with formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, detail-oriented.
• Experience with an Enterprise HCMS.
• Skilled in process management.
• Excellent listening and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME in retirement and HCMS for escalated inquiries.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT to resolve issues impacting retirement plans.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for HCMS retirement modules.
• Create and review bi-weekly payroll files, quarterly and annual compliance files.
• Educate retirement team on HCMS processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in retirement benefits.
