ABB seeks a Retirement Benefits expert to oversee operations for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and NQDC plans in a hybrid Cary, NC setting. This senior role partners with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers to ensure compliant, accurate retirement program administration.

You will manage eligibility, contributions, governance, funding, and communications while maintaining confidentiality and promoting participant education and engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of retirement benefits administration experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retirement plans: DC, DB, and NQDC; DB preferred.
• Understanding of ERISA, SPD, filing, testing, reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong collaboration and project leadership.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Experience with HRIS and handling confidential information.
• Highly ethical, flexible, and customer-focused.
• Authorized to work in the US for ABB.

Responsabilidades

• Administer retirement plan eligibility and participation; audit data & resolve discrepancies.
• Manage deferrals, contributions, and payroll-file validations; reconcile with recordkeeper.
• Support ERISA compliance reviews, Form 5500, plan documents, and plan amendments.
• Coordinate actuarial data submissions; assist with valuations and funding activities.
• Coordinate retirement communications and campaigns; create educational content for participants.
