ABB in Cary, NC is seeking a Retirement Benefits Expert to lead and optimize retirement plan administration, governance, and communications. You will collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external administrators to ensure compliant, accurate retirement operations.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in retirement benefits administration, including DC, DB, and NQDC plans, plus ERISA and 5500 knowledge. Hybrid work is available from the Cary office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of retirement benefits administration experience.
• Expertise in defined contribution, defined benefit, and nonqualified plans.
• Knowledge of ERISA, SPD, 5500 reporting, and 409A requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Administer eligibility and participation for retirement plans.
• Audit eligibility data and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor deferral elections and employer matching contributions.
• Support ERISA compliance reviews and Form 5500 preparation.
• Coordinate retirement communications and education content.
