Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Project Manager, HR Technology to lead global HRIS initiatives across multiple work streams from our Denver area office. The role requires partnering with HR COEs and BUs to design, configure and roll out HRIS solutions, with governance across regions and clear change management plans.

You will drive requirements, timelines and budgets, deliver updates to leadership, and ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 8-10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree.
• Hands on Experience in HRT or HRIS.
• Familiar with SLDC, requirement gathering, UAT, Deployments.
• Excellent Communication.
• Familiar with waterfall methodology and agile experience.
• Partner with global stakeholders (global hours required).

Responsibilities

• Leads global HRIS projects and programs with multiple work streams.
• Scopes business problems with HR COEs and BUs; designs and rolls out HRIS.
• Defines goals, milestones, resources, and governance across regions.
• Leads project calls and manages timeline and outcomes.
• Optimizes processes end-to-end and leads change management.
• Collects and maintains business requirements.
• Delivers updates and training to leadership; communicates clearly.
• Monitors projects to ensure on time, on budget, within scope.
• Maintains PM artifacts and records in systems.
• Controls changes via governance; ensures approvals.
• Drives governance compliance and tracking.
• Identifies trends/tech for implementation.
• Reports on performance data and training gaps.
• Collaborates with 3rd party vendors; supports vendor invoices.
• Implements lessons learned on new projects.
