Job summary

Aegon is seeking a senior market expert to develop and manage strategic relationships with institutional consultants, retirement plan advisors, and intermediary research teams to drive awareness and adoption of retirement and Stable Value solutions. You will influence research outcomes, deliver market insights, and partner across internal teams to support distribution success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least seven years in advisor/consultant relations, institutional sales, or retirement solutions.
SIE, Series 6 & 63, Life License or obtained within 6 months of hire.
Strong understanding of DCIO and Stable Value products and the advisor/consultant landscape.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national engagement strategy with elite advisors and consultant teams.
Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with consultant firms and advisory organizations.
Serve as the primary external point of contact for assigned advisor relationships.
Position retirement and Stable Value solutions to influence research outcomes and platform approvals.
Lead due diligence processes including RFPs, ratings discussions, and research inquiries.
Deliver investment messaging and thought leadership aligned to advisor priorities.
