• Experience in visual merchandising within retail, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Strong understanding of retail operations, in-store marketing, product presentation, and customer experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal visual merchandising initiatives across premium retail and international wholesale channels.
• Develop and execute monthly floor sets that align with brand, merchandising, and business objectives.
• Create, manage, and distribute visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency and execution across varying store formats and tiers.
• Partner with merchandising teams to optimize product presentation and storytelling throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing to develop and execute in-store campaigns, promotional events, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Communicate priorities, gather feedback, and provide actionable guidance to ensure consistent execution across stores.
