Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a seasoned retail merchandising leader to drive North America transformation in grocery and general merchandise. You will shape strategy, lead large programs, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable value across assortment, pricing, space planning, and vendor management.

Extensive experience in merchandising leadership, change management, and client relationships is essential; consulting background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Deep functional expertise in merchandising strategy, pricing, assortment, space and vendor management.
• Proven ability to assess, redesign, and innovate merchandising business processes.
• Strong leadership with experience building and guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the merchandising consulting strategy for the North America market.
• Own and deliver revenue targets for the merchandising consulting business for North America Retail.
• Lead high-impact merchandising strategy and transformation engagements for global clients, esp. grocery.
• Collaborate with global leadership to ensure service quality across regions.
• Drive recruitment, training, and professional development as the team scales.
