Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead guest services and support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will develop staff, manage merchandising and inventory, and help maximize sales and profitability while ensuring policy compliance and excellent customer experience.

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with up to 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and staffing.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory.
