Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Sacramento, CA 94203 is seeking a Full Time Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate retail associates, drive sales, and ensure client standards. You will manage store audits, inventory accuracy, and merchandising according to schematics.

Essential duties include directing team, maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring expenses, and delivering timely reports. Travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of applicable experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Consistently monitor and actively regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching duties with direct reports.
• Business Development: build goodwill with trade and clients, ensure timely new item placement, and complete all retail projects.
• Client Audits: manage and direct retail personnel, conduct store audits, and execute all retail projects.
• Increase brand representation by establishing and maintaining trade and client relationships.
• Sales and Merchandising: ensure products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• New Items: place new items in all authorized stores.
• Shelf Standards and Conditions: authorize items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
• Call Coverage: oversee call coverage through scheduling merchandisers and reviewing reports.
• Budget and Expense Control: control budget, aim to stay under budget.
• Administration/Reporting: complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports.
