M Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Senior Manager for Retail Sales Technology & Data — Business Partner to bridge field sales with global data and technology teams. You’ll translate store-level needs into scalable digital roadmaps and AI-enabled capabilities, empowering hundreds of field associates with cutting-edge tools.

You will steer Salesforce-based retail execution and reporting initiatives, partnering with analytics to deliver timely insights and drive frontline

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field with 7+ years in CPG/retail.
Strong understanding of retail sales workflows and mobile workforce tech.
Proven track record in product development/delivery for retail apps, including Salesforce-based systems.
Experience leading digital transformation and driving user adoption.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Data & Technology partner for Retail Field Sales and Retail Operations leaders.
Lead deployment and readiness of retail execution platforms and mobile apps used by frontline teams.
Collaborate with analytics to deliver actionable performance insights to field teams.
Drive data/automation/AI opportunities to improve call planning, route optimization, and shelf execution.
Champion change management to drive tool adoption and simplify field processes.
Provide executive-ready updates on milestones, adoption metrics, and value realization.
