You will supervise associates, train and coach staff, manage floor sets, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding company policies. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior retail sales management experience is preferred.
• Strong selling and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication is important.
• Ability to learn computer systems, POS, and interpret reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in merchandising and floor set up to maximize sales and service.
• Lead, train, and develop sales associates by example.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and proactive customer service.
• Accurately complete transactions and paperwork while following company policies.
• Monitor advertising and ensure ads are set and signed properly.
