Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair within our Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment team. You will use commercial HVAC skills, hand tools, power tools, and digital systems to complete jobs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA refrigeration certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR.
• 18+ with a HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Use work order system to receive and document repairs.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, and fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete safety training per Walmart policy and guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights when needed.
