Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of Walmart facilities refrigeration HVAC systems across local stores. You will employ commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills with hand, digital, and power tools to complete tasks effectively.

The role requires 10 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA certification for refrigerant handling, and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and various tools.
• Utilize the work order system to receive repair work orders and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and diagnose facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Complete all required safety training and operate equipment per Walmart policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations in line with Walmart safety policy.
