Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr Transaction Manager to support a leading-edge technology company in retail real estate transactions in San Francisco.

You will manage leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions and dispositions, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes developing complex transaction strategies, landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation, and alignment with the client’s strategic goals and timelines

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic goals.
• Gather resources to execute lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients; review terms for a wide variety of commercial real estate products.
• Coordinate the negotiation of sales through a field broker; negotiate leases, amendments, and track expirations.
• Secure new high-value properties to meet clients’ requirements and timelines.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure integration between service lines; track all transaction activity and prepare commissions, forecasts, vouchers, and accounts.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans to achieve functional goals.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for accomplishing objectives and showcase expertise within the function.
• Lead by example and mentor others across multi-discipline teams.
