Five Star Breaktime Solutions in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead retail operations projects and coordinate with the Director of Retail Execution. You will manage installations, merchandising, promotions, and account upgrades while maintaining client relationships and ensuring quality standards across locations.

You'll review financial reports, optimize replenishment and inventory, and support new account launches, acquisitions, and transitions to drive growth with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Retail Support and coordinates team resources with the Director of Retail Execution.
• Supports growth activities including client presentations, grand openings, new accounts and upgrades.
• Oversees retail installations, merchandising and promotions across accounts.
• Conducts location inspections and inventory audits to ensure standards.
• Reviews daily/weekly financials to monitor satisfaction, spoilage, sales and labor costs.
• Maintains retail systems to support replenishment, merchandising and inventory.
