Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Chattanooga, TN to support and execute retail operations across new and existing accounts. You will coordinate retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities, and visit locations to build strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and familiarity with Microsoft Office; travel with overnight stays is expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Supports retail growth activities including client presentations, grand openings, new account openings/upgrades, and acquisition transitions.
• Coordinates and executes retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities in new and existing accounts, and visits accounts to maintain strong client relationships.
• Conducts location inspections and inventory audits to verify compliance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, plan-o-gram, customer service, and policies.
• Reviews daily and weekly retail financial reports to monitor client satisfaction, data integrity, spoilage rates, sales collection accuracy, and labor cost control.
• Maintains retail operating systems to company program standards, using reports to drive proper replenishment, merchandising, and inventory levels.
• Collaborates with branch/division leadership on standards adherence, attends staff meetings, performs merchandise specialist and warehouse duties as needed, and escalates any information affecting account retention to senior management.
