Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead retail operations projects and drive growth across new and existing accounts. You will coordinate scheduling and resources with the Director of Retail Execution, support client presentations, grand openings, new account launches, and acquisition transitions.

You will oversee retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities, visit accounts for relationships, and conduct location inspections and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to travel frequently with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Retail Support team and coordinates scheduling and allocation of team resources in partnership with the Director of Retail Execution.
• Supports retail growth activities including client presentations, grand openings, new account openings and upgrades, and acquisition transitions.
• Coordinates and executes retail installations, merchandising, and promotional activities in new and existing accounts, and visits accounts to maintain strong client relationships.
• Conducts location inspections and inventory audits to verify compliance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, plan-o-gram, customer service, and policies.
• Reviews daily and weekly retail financial reports to monitor client satisfaction, data integrity, spoilage rates, sales collection accuracy, and labor cost control.
• Maintains retail operating systems to company program standards, using reports to drive proper replenishment, merchandising, and inventory levels.
• Collaborates with branch/division leadership on standards adherence, attends staff meetings, performs merchandiser specialist and warehouse duties as needed, and escalates any information affecting account retention to Senior Management.

You'll collaborate with branch and division leadership to uphold quality, cleanliness, plan-o-gram compliance, and customer service across every location.
