Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Team Manager to lead and develop a team of Retail Team Leaders, Merchandisers, and Location Attendants. This role is the primary liaison between Five Star and clients, ensuring strong partnerships and operational excellence in retail locations.

You will supervise route operations, execute merchandising initiatives, monitor financial performance, and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the route.
• Must be 21 to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop retail teams to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance and execution of merchandising standards and promotional initiatives.
• Visit client accounts to assess performance and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor retail financial reports to manage spoilage, sales accuracy, and labor costs.
• Oversee retail installations, conversions, and grand openings in new and existing markets.
• Plan, assign, and evaluate daily work activities including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure product freshness and visual compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
