Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr Solution Architect for Advanced Retail Planning to design and deliver end-to-end solutions across the US and Canada, with a focus on Planning, Assortment, and Allocation. The role is remote within the US and requires collaboration with PMs, technical consultants, and third-party experts.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of end-to-end Advanced Retail Planning delivery experience in retail.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Planning Suite, including Planning, Assortment, or Allocation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience mapping customer requirements to Retail Solution functionalities, system integration, and assisting with UAT and issue resolution.
• Cloud experience, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Retail Planning software solutions for customers.
• Apply domain knowledge to configure and deliver solutions meeting customer requirements and processes.
• Lead solution design with clear construct and validation tasks and timelines.
• Guide system integration, UAT, and deployment to ensure smooth transition to steady state.
• Sustain balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements for time-to-value and customer satisfaction.
• Assess non-standard needs, integration complexity, architecture constraints, and product roadmaps.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers and projects.
