Job summary

Flywheel is seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead media initiatives in the retail media landscape. You will develop and implement comprehensive media strategies, optimize campaigns, and align with business goals. The role demands data-driven decision making and a track record of successful media management.

The position requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage budgets, reports, and timelines across global teams; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of account management experience.
• Digital Retail (Retail Media preferred) experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Ecommerce media management.
• Digital marketing, financial/quantitative analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables and 'VLOOKUP').
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive strategy discussions.
• Plan budgets with clients and deliver campaigns according to KPIs.
• Provide guidance on campaign optimizations to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
• Oversee keyword and bid strategy across available advertising options.
• Establish structure and oversee reporting, analytics, and performance insights for retail media campaigns.
• Lead or oversee Test & Learns and emerging retailer ad offerings.
• Develop broader account teams and support career growth at Flywheel.
• Ensure accurate delivery of client budgets and prevent mismanagement by teams.
