Job summary

Skai is hiring a Senior Retail Media Digital Specialist to own the day-to-day execution and performance of client retail media accounts on the Skai platform. You will work hands-on with campaigns and deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and optimizations across networks such as Amazon.

You will partner with Expert Services leadership to elevate delivery, build client-ready analyses, and contribute to strategy while leveraging generative AI tools to improve speed and impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on retail media management across multiple networks (Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands/Display).
• Root-cause analysis and linking metrics to business objectives.
• Confident in handling large datasets in Excel or similar tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance of assigned retail media accounts.
• Investigate performance changes, identify root causes, advise clients on media planning.
• Prepare performance updates and contribute to QBRs and strategic reviews.
• Build analyses, reports, and automations, including AI tools when standard tools fall short.
• Coach teammates and collaborate with product, sales, and client services to surface needs.
